Who we help
We help anyone over the age of 18 who has been diagnosed with a potentially life-threatening illness, if their GP Practice lies within our referral area (see map).
The Hospice also extends this support to families and carers of patients.
You can be referred by any health or social care professional or you can contact us yourself.
