Cotswold Care Hospice has 10 shops which provides a regular and sustainable source of income. In 2009 the shops provided more than 30 per cent of the total fundraising income.
Our shops are our public face and we are proud to be at the heart of our communities.
We sell a wide range of donated goods and depend on the generosity of our supporters who donate goods - and purchase things in our shops.
Our shops, in 2008/2009, generated £121,000 profit for the hospice. We pride ourselves on high standards of excellence and professionalism. Each of our shops is run by an experienced manager and deputy. We aim to provide the most attractive shopping experience while keeping our prices low.
We want you to find a bargain and enjoy browsing in our shops at the same time.

We are always in need of good quality donations in all our shops.
Please try to donate any items to the shops themselves during opening hours. We can accept clothing in any condition as we can still raise funds from damaged and worn out items.

You can make your donations be worth more by signing up to the Gift Aid scheme at our shops. That means we can claim back the tax on your donated goods - adding 28 per cent to their value. To find out more, read our Gift Aid section.
Sadly, there are occasionally people who operate bag drops, either masquerading as a charity and asking for your donations or who steal filled charity bags from people’s doorsteps. Currently, Cotswold Care Hospice does not operate door to door collections.
