Cotswold Care Hospice is committed to providing the highest standards of care to our patients, their families and carers.
We could not do that without our highly skilled, committed staff who contribute so much to the overall running of the charity.
We are committed to the development of our staff to ensure they continue to find working at the Hospice a fulfilling and rewarding experience.

We are supportive of training needs for all our staff and we aim to accommodate staff requirement wherever possible.
We also provide training inhouse through our Education and Training Department, bringing together education, research and development, clinical governance and practice development.
Our aim is to improve patient care by supporting and sharing new developments in palliative care.
As a member of Cotswold Care Hospice staff, you have the option to join our Stakeholder Pension Scheme, or if you have previously been a member of the NHS Pension Scheme then you will have the option to remain in this scheme and the Hospice will pay the employer's contributions.
