Cotswold Care Hospice welcomes comments and suggestions - whether good or bad - on everything we do. User feedback is at the heart of our services and we welcome comments on everything from the services you have received, our facilities, the brochures we produce and what you think of this website.
We take complaints seriously and will deal with them promptly. But we also like to hear about what we are doing well. We appreciate all comments - good and bad.
Speak to a member of staff who has been dealing with you and tell them what is the problem or your comments. They may be able to sort it out straight away.
Depending on the comment or complaint the member of staff will pass on your comment to the appropriate person.
If it is a complaint and you do not consider it resolved then you have the right to make a formal complaint by writing or telephoning the Chief Executive or the Head of Care Services.
To find out more about how to make a complaint please download our Your Comment Matters leaflet.
