Companies and organisations can hire Cotswold Care Hospice's hi-tech education suite.

It is on the lower floor of the hospice in Minchinhampton with a separate entrance and ample free parking.

If your teams needs inspiration they can look out of the windows at the spectacular views of the Stroud Valleys.

Hire our facilities - and support those who need care

By renting the facilities, companies will be supporting Cotswold Care Hospice. All proceeds go towards running the charity and providing care services.

Reduced rates

There are special reduced rates for NHS organisations, charities and community groups.

What's on offer

The main conference area, which has interactive white board, video, TV and overhead projector, can accommodate 55 people.

An adjoining meeting room can accommodate 12 people.

The rooms can be hired out for half or whole days. They are available from Monday to Friday but requests fro weekends or evening will be considered on a individual basis.

The hiring price includes tea and coffee.

Catering

In-house catering is available with hot and cold buffets. All meals are prepared on site using fresh, locally-sourced produce.

Hire prices

Conference room: £100 (full day), £50 (half)

Meeting room: £65 (full day), £35 (half)

Complete suite: £130 (full day).
